A Guide to International/Intersubject Business Strategy Development; In a New Communicational Umbrella Shaped Structure For Organizations/Companies.
Author: José Ignacio Blavi Aros
This book aims to help all who lead, or is in training to lead organizations facing constant growth and pursuing its expansion.
The four four cores of content:
1. Structural shift to an umbrella shape new division/structure, for the communicational strategy/plan
2. Measuring, through a new structure, different levels of commitment, loyalty, and trust in actors within and around an organization to achieve long term goals.
3. Identifying and working with Finite players vs infinite ones.
4. A new customer partnership/retribution approach: Giving ownership to the users/clients as recognition of their value in an organisation .
We work updating to new standards constantly, companies are shifting their operational structures, indifferent to the industry, to a tech-startup format; pursuing light weight and fast responsive movements; they gradually moved away of the hierarchical lineups of talent, to a horizontal collaborative interdisciplinary approach. And new technologies push us to reevaluate fundamentals, like assessing value, and trust.
In this book we’ll resolve through innovative paths, those changes and its implications by presenting new structures for better strategies, which brings a shift in the overall push forward of ideas and their implementation; from the communicational plan, carrying the core messages of the company and its interaction with all actors; to better identifying the players within and around ourselves, allowing an efficient planning and execution.
From a new umbrella-shaped-division for the communicational strategy/plan, permeating all departments in the organisation, to sounds strategies for partnering with locals throughout our expansion process, weather is internationally or “inter-subjectly”, the author define a new perspective to play the game.
In this tech-startup format of working out businesses, conciliating the old with the new, we scout different environments, for the same reasons companies have an R&D department, to ask ourselves uncomfortable questions, for instance; How much do we understand about blockchain, and how can it add value to my organisation? Are we implementing the right growth hacking tactics in our productive process? Have we set the right incentives for partnerships in our expansion plan?
Only blockchain is bringing to the world, life-changing, efficient solutions that were “improbable” not so long ago; setting a new wave of opportunities with the creation of a new category of assets. A whole new space of online ownership, shifting from users with licenses, to real online ownership of online assets.
Actors around and within an organisation have changed too, and the incentives to attract and keep them in need to be constantly evaluated. We need to implement new systems and equations to measure loyalty, trust and commitment. In the book we go after shifting methods, from actively asking, to reading.
All parties have different pursuits professionally and personally, either way, we need to categorise them in two big groups, whether they are working for long term solutions, or are they short term incentivised/driven, that way we comprehend their differences, and set them as "infinite" or "finite" players.
Acknowledging and mapping our organisation within this parameters too, contributes with aligning better with the best fit for associates, to go after the set goals and objectives together in the most efficient way.
